Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to ClickBookProperty.com, the official property booking platform of Asset Build Ventures Private Limited. We aim to provide a transparent, secure, and reliable property booking experience for our customers. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any transactions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Once a user selects a property and makes a payment through our platform, the booking is processed and confirmed only after successful payment and verification by the respective builder or project partner.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided the builder has not yet confirmed the booking or reserved the property.

• If the booking is already confirmed by the builder, cancellation is subject to the individual builder’s or project partner's cancellation policy.

• To cancel a booking, customers must email info@clickbookproperty.com with the booking ID and reason for cancellation.

b. Builder/Project Partner Cancellations

• In rare cases, if a builder cancels the booking due to project unavailability or legal issues, a full refund will be initiated by Asset Build Ventures.

3. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for cancellations approved by both Asset Build Ventures and the respective builder or project partner.

• Processing fees, convenience charges, or administrative fees (if any) may be non-refundable, and such details will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

b. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours and the builder has already confirmed the booking.

• Token advance amounts, registration fees, legal fees, or any third-party charges paid to confirm the booking are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Modification of Policy

Asset Build Ventures reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
